Hi, I’m Heks!
A Los Angeles-based floral designer by way of Texas & Ethiopia, who sees the color in everything.
Before Heks Code was a floral design studio, it was my finsta account. A small community of trusted friends from other creative spaces, where I could collect & share everything that spoke to me — art, design, fashion, music, and flowers (of course).
I’m so grateful for all the amazing opportunities that have come my way since then. The magnitude of joy and appreciation from all of the amazing people I’ve been able to collaborate with, and the community that’s come up around the studio has been beyond anything I could have expected, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
It wasn’t until I finally left my nine-to-five behind that channeling this personal creative project into my passion for exploring the beauty of flowers started feeling less and less like an if and more like a when. So I took the leap! Opening the gates to the walled garden, where my inspiration had been growing, to everyone.
Heks Code has become my way of bringing passion, care, and intention to life through floral design.
